All downloads include a PDF formatted user guide that should answer your questions. Still, do not hesitate to email me if you have any issues.

Before installing, make sure you have administrative privileges on the target machine.

Windows

If you have already installed ClipBird and just wish to update your installation to the current version, download this file:

ClipBird Updater for Windows (3.3mb)

If you are installing ClipBird for the first time, download and install this file:

ClipBird Full Installer for Windows (3.3mb)

The download is just a typical Windows installer. Make sure you run it using an account with Admininstrative privileges.

Mac OS X

ClipBird for Mac OS X (4.9mb)

The Mac OS X download is a zipped disk image. Just unzip the file, mount the disk image and drag-n-drop the ClipBirdX application to your Applications directory. Prior to Version 2.3 (on OS X), users had to drag a folder to the Applications directory. As of Version 2.3 everything that was in the folder is now in the application package so the folder is unnecessary. Just delete the older folder, after making sure it contains nothing that you want to keep.

Linux

ClipBird for Linux (2.4mb)

The Linux download is a tar.gz file that contains a folder. The folder can be placed on your hard drive wherever you wish, however the contents of the folder must stay together. This is especially true for the ClipBird User Guide, which is accessed via the Help menu. On our Ubuntu machine, we move the folder into our Home directory and then create a Launcher on our Desktop that points to the ClipBird binary.
