Ordering from Redshank Software
Kagi Company handles all of our online credit card transactions. If you charge your order to a credit card, the line item description will say "KAG* INFO.KAGI.COM", not Redshank Software.
Currently, we can only ship USPS. We cannot ship internationally. Tracking numbers are not available.
If for some reason you cannot receive shipments via USPS, contact us prior to placing your order so that special shipping arrangments can be made.
If you are not completely happy with Avendex, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less any shipping charges. (Return it to Redshank Software, not Kagi. E-mail us for instructions.)
