We offer free email support for Avendex and OffHook, and unofficial support for ClipBird. If you are willing to schedule it in advance via email, phone or instant message support is possible (you pay for the call).

For whatever reason (we have theories), users have had very few problems with our software. Sometimes, though, users email us with some type of report, we send a suggestion, and then we never hear from them again. We believe most of those cases were due to OS issues, and not directly related to our software.

If the product support page doesn't solve your problem, then please send us an e-mail with whatever details you can. Below are some suggestions for details to include.

  • Your operating system
  • Name and Version of the software
  • Your hardware configuration (processor type/speed, quantity of physical RAM, etc.)
  • Any error messages you may be receiving, and the actions that trigger them
  • Your product registration code, if I don't know you
